• Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if an item is faulty, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return, to the item price only (excluding original shipping costs).

Return Shipping: 

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is confirmed faulty or a shipping error was made by us.
• We recommend sending via Registered or Tracked Post - DG Fine Silver is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
