Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return shipping label. The applicable return postage charge will be deducted from your final refund.

Hygiene Exception: Due to hygienic reasons, any jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
Custom Jewellery: Bespoke, engraved, or custom-sized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
