  • Customized, engraved, personalized, made-to-order, or specially commissioned products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Once the design has been approved and production has started, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
  • Product images, digital renders, and sketches are for representation purposes and may vary slightly from the final handcrafted product.
  • Hallmarking and purity standards will be maintained as applicable for all 92.5 Fine Silver products.
  • Delivery timelines shared during order confirmation are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
  • Customization is subject to design feasibility and production limitations.
  • Final pricing depends on design complexity, silver weight, stones, silver rate , engraving requirements, and finishing details.
  • By placing a customization request, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
  • Customized orders require an advance payment before production begins.
  • 50% advance payment is required for all custom orders before production begins.
