• All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (domestic) or 20 days (international).
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, you may request an exchange or store credit for size or style adjustments.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging in resalable condition to be eligible.
• Due to health and hygiene regulations, earrings, pierced jewellery, and custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if an item is faulty, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return, to the item price only (excluding original shipping costs).

How to Request a Return: 

• Contact dgfinesilver@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return to obtain a Return Authorisation before sending anything back.

Return Shipping: 

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is confirmed faulty or a shipping error was made by us.
• We recommend sending via Registered or Tracked Post - DG Fine Silver is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
